Filomena Suite

Filomena Suite is a residence for guests who want to enjoy a Sicilian stay with all the comforts.

For this reason the apartment is equipped with several services and special arrangements to meet every need.

We are also available to respond to different needs of our guests quickly and comprehensively.

AIR CONDITIONING: All rooms of the apartment, including the kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning

FREE-WIFI: The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection

ROOMS AND NUMBER OF BEDS: A maximum of 7 guests can be accomodated, plus 1 infant. 4 places for the two double bedrooms. 2 places for the living room with sofa bed. 1 place with extra bed. 1 baby place with cot.

SMART TV AND STREAMING TV: The rooms (two bedrooms and the living room) are equipped with Smart TV and TV Streaming service (Tim Vision and Amazon Prime).

KITCHEN: The apartment is equipped with beautifully made Sicilian style masonry kitchen, equipped with high quality appliances, including refrigerator, oven, induction hob, air extraction system, Nespresso coffee machine and waffle kit, tea set with a kettle, dishes, plates, glasses, and cutlery.

BREAKFAST SERVICE: At the moment of check-in, upon request of the guests (or request by email) it is possible to purchase a breakfast box that includes a selection of Sicilian products for breakfast. Otherwise, you can make breakfast by yourself with independently purchased products or have your breakfast at one of the many bars in the immediate vicinity.

BATHROOMS: The apartment have 2 bathrooms: the first one is in the hallway (equipped with shower) serving the living area and one bedroom; the second one is in the mezzanine (equipped with whirlpool tub) serving the second bedroom. Both bathrooms come with hairdryer, hand soap set, bubble bath, shampoo and towel set.


LINEN: The apartment comes complete with all set of tablecloths and towels, sheets and blankets. During the stay it is possible to request a change.

CLEANING SERVICE: In the case of extended stays (more than 5-7 days), there is a cleaning service and linen change.


PARKING: Located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, the parking lot is open H24, it is not included in the reservation as it is an external service for a fee.
