It is located in Via Diana at no. 22, which is one of the most characteristic and touristy alleys in the historic centre, obviously in a pedestrian area. A few metres from the historic Via Umberto, Via Etnea, Villa Bellini and the Duomo. The flat is also located right on the street famous for being the city’s culinary and suggestive destination where the best restaurants and clubs are to be found!

Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will receive our instructions for the first access to the apartment which will take place by means of a numerical code to be typed on the keypads in charge. Once inside you will find the magnetic opening card that you will use for the subsequent entrances. We will offer you autonomy and independence for access to the structure, but we will always be available to give you support for any need or eventuality you need.

Parking information
Thanks to the central location of CHARME it will be easy to visit the historical centre by foot or by car, and it is possible to find street parking close to the building.
A convenient paid public car park for cars is located almost on the doorstep no more than 20 (twenty) metres away (but does not belong to our property).
Free parking spaces and paid parking spaces marked with blue stripes are available. Payment is made via parking meters located on the pavements or via App. Among some we recommend EasyPark. It allows you to pay for parking comfortably with your mobile phone, with the advantage of extending your parking time wherever you are – in case of need or unforeseen mishaps. It is activated by registering with the Easy Park App, or via the Easy Park website.
