It is an apartment of “Filomena Suite” that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in the historic center of Catania, in Via Santa Filomena, the main street of Catania catering. Very close to many places of interest such as the Via Etnea, the Villa Bellini and the historic market, from this location it will be possible to visit on foot the splendid baroque center of the city, and easily reach the main naturalistic destinations of the territory.
Filomena LUXURY is equipped with all comforts with the possibility of independently exploiting the kitchen and laundry service. All rooms are equipped with climate control. The master bedroom and the living room are equipped with fixed air conditioning, the bedroom upstairs has a mobile air conditioner.

Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will receive our instructions for the first access to the apartment which will take place by means of a numerical code to be typed on the keypads in charge. Once inside you will find the magnetic opening card that you will use for the subsequent entrances. We will offer you autonomy and independence for access to the structure, but we will always be available to give you support for any need or eventuality you need.

In the good living room of Catania, Filomena LUXURY Apartment is located in Via Santa Filomena, an alley in the historic center that is a real attraction, renowned for being the exclusive gastronomic destination of the city. The location is the best possible, a few meters from Villa Bellini, from Via Etnea – the main street of Catania – from Via Umberto and the historic market. You can also reach in a few minutes the Benedictine Monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Theatre or the wonderful promenade. From this location it will be possible to visit on foot the splendid baroque center of the city, and easily reach the main naturalistic destinations of the territory. Catania also offers very suggestive naturalistic scenarios, in fact in a few minutes you can go from being by the sea, between the lava stone ridges of Acicastello and Acitrezza, to admire the craters of Etna at high altitude. Or you can reach by car, or by public transport, popular destinations all over the world, such as the refined Taormina or the shining Ortigia.
Parking information
Thanks to the central location of Filomena LUXURY Suite it will be easy to visit the historic center moving comfortably on foot or by car, and you can find parking in the street near the structure or at a private paid parking nearby.
For street parking there are free places and paid places marked with blue stripes. Payment is made through the parking meters arranged on the sidewalks or through the App. Among some we recommend EasyPark. It allows you to pay for parking comfortably with your mobile phone, with the advantage of extending the parking times wherever you are – in case of need or unforeseen mishaps.
It is also possible to park at a convenient and nearby private parking for a fee affiliated with the structure.
