The entire property consists of two mini apartments, Filomena CHIC (which can accommodate up to 3 people) and Filomena GRACEFUL (which can accommodate up to 4 people). The two mini apartments are independent but adjacent, connected by an access hallway. Both have an independent entrance, via magnetic card. They are perfect solutions for those looking for two independent but close accommodations, perfect for hosting couples, families or groups of friends. The bedroom is very welcoming, has a warm and bright character and the decorative details tell the belonging to our Sicilian land. The kitchen is nice and welcoming, equipped with everything, and consists of a practical dining area. The bathroom is en-suite, and is complete with bathroom kit and towels. It is possible to use the washing machine / dryer and clothesline. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Places of interest We are located near the renowned Via dei Crociferi and a few minutes from the Benedictine complex, now the historic seat of the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Catania. A few steps from monuments, places of art and culture, prestigious places, ancient and full of charm. We are among the most beautiful and interesting places in the historic center, just 500 meters from Piazza Duomo, near the Greek theater, and the Greek-Roman Amphitheater, which are just some of the places that you can easily reach in a short time. Also very close to the places known for being the most popular gastronomic destinations in the city, you can in fact easily reach the area of the Ursino Castle and the places that are open around it, or Via Penninello known for being a meeting point and also a gastronomic destination, and Via del Plebiscito, a popular district of the center known for being the center of Catania street-food.

Parking information Thanks to the central location of CHIC Apartment it will be easy to visit the historic center moving comfortably on foot or by car, and you can find parking in the street near the structure. Free seats and paid seats marked with blue stripes are available. Payment is made through the parking meters arranged on the sidewalks or through the App. Among some we recommend EasyPark.
